The KC Cheer Booster Club Gift Card Fundraiser is a great way to make money for your Booster Club Account. We will collect donations of $25 (check or Venmo) to place towards the purchase of a few large gift cards. Depending on participation, we will draw several winners!
Donate $25 in check or Venmo (@KCCheer-BoosterClub) to the Booster Club to go towards the purchase of larger denomination gift cards.
Your donation will earn you 10 raffle tickets to sell for $10 each. This money will go directly into your Booster Club account.
Each time you sell 10 tickets, you can deposit your money and ONE SIDE of the raffle ticket with name and number on it (for the drawing) with the Booster Club and receive 10 more tickets to sell. You can continue to turn in your money/sold tickets and receive tickets until September 25th at 3 p.m.
The Booster Club will have one of the coaches draw the winning tickets at the Carnival on September 25th.
RULES:
All funds from raffle ticket sales will go directly into your personal Booster Club account.
A donation of $25 is required to participate in raffle ticket sales.
If you know of a business that donates actual gift cards and need to go this route, please reach out to the Booster Club via email.
Give a $25 check or show proof of Venmo (@KCCheer-BoosterClub) by Sunday September 11th to Mary or a Booster Club board member to obtain your first 10 tickets. We will know the value of the raffle items at this time.
In order to receive additional tickets after selling your first 10, you must bring the following in an envelope to either Mary or a Booster Club Board member:
One check/Venmo in the amount of tickets you have sold
Checks can be made out to KC Cheer Booster Club
Cash payments should be handed directly to Mary Lewis.
One side of the tickets you have sold with the purchaser’s name and number on the back.
Email the Booster Club if you want to set up a time to turn in your tickets when Mary is not in the office.
If you do not want any additional tickets, envelopes with ticket sales can be dropped off at the Main Gym front office, in the black mailbox on the wall just inside the front door.
ALL TICKETS AND MONEY must be turned in to the Booster Club no later than Sunday, September 25th at 3pm.
Raffle winners will be announced at the Carnival on September 25th!
You do NOT need to be present in order to win.
