Summer BootCamps
Bootcamps are two to three days of training meant to sharpen level appropriate basics and learn specialty skills. Daily instruction gives us the opportunity to cover every skill in each level as as as combination passes and jumps. These BootCamps are a great way to up your game and stand out this season! This summer we are offering both Tumbling and Flight School Camps. Athletes must register separately for each session as well as separately for tumbling &/or stunting.
Flight training portion of bootcamp is divided into baskets and group stunting. Athletes will participate in both days of stunting and should enroll based on the Flight I or Flight II description/levels under group stunting. All athletes will participate in the basket portion together on day one.
Basket bootcamp is a portion of the Flight Training meant to strengthen technique and gain confidence when performing skills in the air.. Athletes will spend one day working tosses while focusing on consistently showcasing gym-specific technique and cleanliness. Athletes will cover all basic skills for their level as well as difficult transitions to higher levels.
Group stunting bootcamps are separated into two levels to help athletes work on appropriate skills for their age, size and current skill level. These are specific for athletes wanting to continue to improve body positions and body control. The goal is to promote our gym specific technique resulting in a unified appearance for each team throughout our gym, in addition to building confidence, increasing flexibility and introducing new skills.
