We realize there are a lot of question marks based on results at The Summit. Here is a condensed version of the big master schedule for the parts that pertain specifically to Flawless. Make sure you're referring to the Google Doc throughout the weekend, as that is where updates will happen (klew can't update the website easily from her phone!)

Thursday, May 3

Friday, May 4

Flawless will board the bus at 11:00 to go watch Frost and Fame. They can wear any KC Cheer clothes.
They are free to go after Fame performs at 1:24, but must be back at ESPN at 6:00 for Fever and Force. They should have their Summit Practice wear and tanks either on or with them when they show up at ESPN for Force.
Flawless will have practice outside at ESPN directly after Force at 7:00 p.m. They should wear their Summit Practice wear.
Flawless is free to go after practice, but must be in rooms by 10:00, lights out at 10:30
They can swim today if they want.

Saturday, May 5

Arena East | Report 4:45 | Practice 4:55 | Perform 5:30 | Standings 8:30 in Arena West

If other teams make it into Semi-finals, there might be some earlier performance times they will watch. We will update the Google Doc as that becomes available.
Flawless will meet to get on the bus at 3:30 dressed and ready to go. They will wear red bow and Flawless Summit tank over their uniforms.
They are free to go after Fantasy at 6:15, but must be back at 8:15 for their announcement of standings at 8:30. This is probably not enough time to go to a park
If standings gets out on time, they will go to Visa to watch Fortune at 8:56.
If they are performing on Sunday, they will go directly back to the hotel after Fortune to be in bed by 10, lights out by 10:30.
No swimming.

Sunday, May 6:

If Flawless performs today, it will be between 3:46 and 5:06. They'll wear white bows and their jerseys over their uniforms. Their awards will be at 6:00, so they will hang out at ESPN until awards. We will update that information as it becomes available on the Google Doc.
Fame will need to be at ESPN by 1:30 to watch Frost. They are free to go after Frost performs, unless there are other teams that are performing after Frost.
If they perform today, no swimming until after their awards.
