We realize there are a lot of question marks based on results at The Summit. Here is a condensed version of the big master schedule for the parts that pertain specifically to Fantasy. Make sure you're referring to the Google Doc throughout the weekend, as that is where updates will happen (klew can't update the website easily from her phone!)

Thursday, May 3
- No plans
Friday, May 4
- Fantasy will meet coaches in the designated meeting place at the hotel at 8:15 a.m. They will be dressed in practice wear and bow with their hair in a high ponytail. Fantasy will then get on a bus and head to Coronado Springs for a quick practice. Coaches will let parents know their plan for arrival at ESPN to watch teams. It is likely they will take them directly to ESPN from practice and parents can meet them there. They should have their tanks to put over their practice wear.
- They are free to go after Fame performs at 1:24, but must be back at ESPN at 6:00 for Fever and Force. They can wear any KC Cheer clothes.
- Fantasy is free to go after practice, but must be in rooms by 10:00, lights out at 10:30
- They can swim today if they want.
Saturday, May 5

*This plan will likely change based on teams who advance to semi-finals, but the parts listed will definitely happen no matter what. Refer to Google doc for updates*
- If other teams make it into Semi-finals, there might be some earlier performance times they will watch. We will update the Google Doc as that becomes available.
- Fantasy will meet to get on the bus at 4:00 dressed and ready to go. They will wear red bow and Fantasy Summit tank over their uniforms.
- They are free to go after they perform, but must be back at 8:00 for their announcement of standings at 8:15. This is probably not enough time to go to a park
- If standings gets out on time, they will go to Visa to watch Fortune at 8:56.
- If they are performing on Sunday, they will go directly back to the hotel after Fortune to be in bed by 10, lights out by 10:30.
- No swimming.
Sunday, May 6:

- Fantasy will need to be at ESPN by 1:30 to watch Frost. If they're not performing, they are free to go after Frost performs, unless there are other teams that are performing after Frost. If they are performing, they'll need to be dressed and ready when they show up to watch Frost.
- If Fantasy performs today, it will be between 3:50 and 4:22. They'll wear white bows and their jerseys over their uniforms. Their awards will be at 5:30, so they will hang out at ESPN until awards. We will update that information as it becomes available on the Google Doc.
- If they perform today, no swimming until after their awards.
