It’s Here! The 2025 Cheerleading Worlds. We couldn’t be more excited to see these great teams take the floor at the Cheerleading Worlds. This is an incredible experience for all these athletes. Only a small percentage of athletes in this sport ever compete on a Worlds team. Enjoy the opportunity and show off all the hared work you have put in over the last year.
We want to say THANK YOU to all family members for supporting your athletes on this journey. Being an athlete on a Worlds team requires much more than physical skill and is often very emotionall challenging, mentally draining and physically exhausting. We are grateful for the parents, siblings and friends who have cheered these athletes on along the way.
Don’t miss the Worlds Send off at KC Cheer, this Wednesday, April 23rd at the following times:
Fearless at 7:30 p.m.
Fierce Five at 8:00 p.m.
The 2025 Cheerleading Worlds is being held April 25-28, 2025 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World in Orlando FL. Teams are staying at the Orlando World Center Marriott located at 8701 World Center Drive in Orlando. This is a new hotel for KC Cheer and not on the Disney package, so things will be different. Be sure to check your team Band often as times for buses may change since we don’t know the system yet.
Coaches will be checking the team in on Thursday at noon and will pick up all Athlete Commuter Passes and lanyards at that time.
It is very important that you stay up to date through The Cheerleading Worlds Band for Spectators & Parents.
Athletes must link their park hopper pass to their reservation. (See the link below in Spectator information for instructions on how to link your park hopper pass.) This must be done even if you do not intend to go to a theme park. It must be linked so that you can enter the Wide World of Sports Complex. Athletes will need commuter lanyard and park hopper pass to enter ESPN.
Curfew will be 10:00 p.m. each night and strictly enforced. Remember that you are representing KC Cheer from the time you check into the hotel until the time you check out of the hotel to go home. Each team has a Safety Champion who will be helping us be sure spectators and athletes are following all rules and guidelines.
ATHLETES MUST HAVE A STATE ISSUED ID TO ENTER THE WORLDS PRACTICE ROOM. Drivers License, Passport, or State Issued Non-Drivers Id. School IDs will not be accepted.
General Reminders for all comp days
No swimming or parks on Saturday or Sunday or Monday prior to competing
Hydrate properly and WEAR SUNSCREEN
Teams will load buses together at the hotel to go to Wide World of Sports (WWOS)
Teams will have Uniform pictures with JC after they compete on Day One.
Teams will meet with coaches prior to being dismissed for the day to be updated on details and review scoresheets.
Be sure to have your Lanyard, Park Hopper and Photo Id when loading the bus.

Fearless meed dressed in new Practice Wear to load the bus for pictures and practice at 2:30 p.m.
Team Practices at BVP (bus transportation for athletes will be provided)
Fierce Five practice time 4:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Fearless practice time 5:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Evening on your own. Curfew in your room at 10:00 p.m.
USASF will be strictly enforcing all code of conduct rules they have put into place and KC Cheer expects that each and every one of our athletes, parents and spectators will comply with the rules throughout their stay at Worlds. Remember that you are representing KC Cheer! Failure to comply with any of the rules put into place will affect not only your team, but our gym and our BRAND. Please take this seriously.

First Day of Competition for Fierce Five (Semi Finals)
Fierce Five will compete in Arena South
Fierce Five should plan to meet for a quick run through at 10:00 a.m.
Fearless will load the bus to go to BVP at 10:45 for an 11:30 a.m. practice.
Fearless will meet at the hotel to go over to the competition venue together at 3:30 p.m.
Fierce Five Uniform Pics with JC after they compete around 5:30 p.m.
Finals for Senior Small Coed are Sunday and will be in reverse order of placement from prelims. Top 10 teams from each division advance to finals. Finalist announcements are 8:45 - 8:50 p.m. on Saturday in the Stadium.
We are asking ALL parents to support BOTH TEAMS all weekend!
Curfew is 10:00 p.m.

LINK TO PURCHASE SINGLE DAY ESPN TICKETS
Single-day ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex tickets are now available for purchase. As a reminder, those on the hotel travel package or who have purchased extra Walt Disney World Park Hopper® passes do not need to buy a Sports Complex ticket as it is included on their Park Hopper® Pass. The tickets are $48 per person, per day.
Tickets are valid for a single day of admission, per person for the selected event date you have purchased for.
If you are attending more than one day of the event, you will need to purchase a ticket per person, per selected event date.
Online sales will be available throughout the event, however, we suggest you purchase them prior to arriving in Orlando.
Park reservations are not required at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Purchase a parking spot at the Sports Complex before arriving at the event. Space is limited. Parking will be available for purchase until April 22 at 11:59 PM EST. Free parking is always available!
THEME PARK RESERVATIONS
As a reminder, theme park reservations ARE REQUIRED. Once you register and pay in full, you will receive a ticket order confirmation number via email in 7-10 business days. The confirmation will include instructions on how to link your ticket confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account so that you can make your park reservations.
