Only drinks with CLOSABLE lids are allowed on the bus - No Fountain Drinks. You are responsible to clean up all trash before getting off the bus. Do not leave the buses a mess when you exit.

We should arrive at each team’s hotel around 4pm. If your athlete is riding the bus without a parent, please be sure you are at the hotel to meet them when they arrive so they can get into their hotel room. Or have someone prearranged that they can stay with until you do arrive. The coaches will check in with all teams on Thursday evening to be sure all have arrived. Parents please monitor your athletes in the hotel and obey the rules. You are representing KC Cheer! Lights out in your room by 10:30 p.m.

Please do your part to make this as smooth as possible so that everyone is on time.

team performance and crowd support

Athletes have 2 jobs at every competition - 1) Perform to the best of their ability and uphold all team responsibilities and 2) Cheer on ALL other KC Cheer teams that do not conflict with their own team performances.

KC Cheer Parents, athletes and fans were SO GREAT at our last competition! Let’s keep it up at NCA! Parents do not ask your athlete to leave when they know they are supposed to be supporting our KC Cheer athletes. These opportunities for team building are rare and the more support our athletes get from the crowd the better they perform. Reward them for all their hard work and show your support by BEING their BIGGEST FAN!

WE WOULD LOVED TO SEE OUR CROWD IN THE I [HEART] MY TEAM SHIRTS THAT WERE OFFERED BY THE GYM TO SUPPORT YOUR ATHLETE, THEIR TEAM AND KC CHEER. PLEASE WEAR YOUR TEE (IF YOU ORDERED ONE) ON YOUR ATHLETE’S 1ST DAY OF COMPETITION. GYM UNITY GOES A LONG WAY.
