It’s finally here! We are all so excited for The Summit 2023. The Summit will be held at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on April 27-30, 2023. All KC Cheer families who purchased a hotel package will be staying at the All Star Sports Resort.
The following information will help you prepare for our weekend in Florida. for those of you who have not traveled to Disney for a cheer competition you will find some of this information very helpful as you prepare for travel. Be sure to watch the orientation video and join the Summit Spectator Band for the best way to stay informed in Orlando.
You must link your Park Hopper passes to your MyDisneyExperience app so that it registers your entry into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and the Parks. Everyone who purchased a hotel package will need a participant or spectator lanyard to ride the Disney buses.
Commuters (athletes & spectators) are not allowed to ride the buses to and from the All Star resort to the Competition Venue (ESPN WWOS). Commuters/all staying off property should meet their coach in front of the Globe at ESPN at the designated meet time.

Wednesday, April 26th
Flawless will practice at ESPN at 8:15 p.m. Practice will be in the Allstate Field House practice area. all athletes should plan to meet, dressed in Flawless practice wear outside by the ESPN Globe at 7:45 p.m. Practice will end at 8:45 p.m. CURFEW IS AT 10 P.M.
THURSDAY, APRIL 27TH
Flawless Practice Wear pictures and practice at 10:30 a.m. on the Football Field at All Star Sports. Lunch and get ready. Load the bus for ESPN at 4:30 p.m. If staying off property, athletes meet in front of the Globe at ESPN.
Coaches have picked up the commuter passes. Athletes should meet outside the main entrance of ESPN on Friday at 5:15 to pick up their commuter pass from the coaches prior to watching Flawless at 5:42.
Fab 4 and Fiesta will have practice wear pics and practice on Thursday at ESPN. Both teams should arrive at ESPN dressed in practice wear and KC Cheer Summit Tank in time to watch Flawless compete at 6:14 p.m. Meet your coach immediately after Flawless competes. Practice wear team pics and practice immediately following. Fab 4’s practice is scheduled for 7:30 and Fiesta at 7:45. Both teams will be finished at 8:15 p.m.
CURFEW IS AT 10:00 P.M.
FRIDAY, APRIL 28TH

Semi Final Round for Fiesta and Fab Four
Athletes are allowed to go to parks after practices on Friday as long as they are back by curfew which is 10:30 p.m. Keep in mind that buses do take a long time at park closing, so please allow about 45 minutes or an hour to get back to the hotel.
SATURDAY, APRIL 29TH
All Teams - White Team Bow
All Teams will meet their coach in front of the Globe at ESPN.
Coaches will set times to meet with teams and review scoring, as well as, any necessary practices. Reveals for advancement will be posted in Band.
Curfew is 10:30 in room and lights out at 11:00 p.m.
SUNDAY, APRIL 30
Sunday’s schedule will be determined by placements from the Wildcard and Semi Final rounds. Reveals for teams advancing on will be posted on Saturday approximately 1 hour after the end of the division.
