The NCA All Star National Championships will take place on February 24-26, 2023 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center located at 650 Griffin Street in Dallas Texas.

thursday, february 23rd
Flawless will load the bus at KC Cheer to be ready to leave at 12:00 noon. We will not stop on our way to Dallas, so eat prior to boarding the bus or bring it with you. Snacks and drink (with lids) are fine for the bus. We should arrive at the hotel around 8 p.m. We are staying at the Hilton Richardson located at 701 E. Campbell Road in Richardson TX.
Lights out in your room by 10:30 p.m.
Friday, february 24th
DAY 1 NCA for Flawless (see details below)
All other teams will load the buses to depart from KC Cheer at 7:00 a.m.
Buses will stop for lunch (short break) and dinner is on your own.
KC Cheer is staying at the Hilton Richardson located at 701 E. Campbell Road in Richardson TX. Curfew is 10:00 p.m. with lights out by 10:30 p.m.
Fantasy & Fiesta will be going directly to the hotel for the evening. All other teams (Fierce 5, Fearless & Fab 4) will bypass the hotel and go directly to the convention center to cheer on Flawless who performs at 7:07 p.m. Athletes should be dressed in Gym Jersey or Team shirt and black pants. We will have shoe tags for you when you get to the convention center for your admission into the performance hall.
The buses will wait for the athletes and bring them back to the hotel once Flawless performs.

ALL ATHLETES MUST BE IN FULL UNIFORM AT AWARDS CEREMONIES.
Senior level athletes must have t-shirt, jersey or warm up jacket over their uniform at all times when not in the practice room, competing or at awards. This will be strictly enforced.
NO JEWELRY OR LONG NAILS
HAIR & MAKEUP
Hair should be in a high Ponytail. NO sides hanging down (wispies). Ponytail can be slightly teased but do not make a big knot under the tease to make it stand up. If you have questions, please ask.
Makeup should be only the Rebel approved pallet and approved lipstick. If you don’t have it - GET IT! Add your own mascara or lashes, and foundation. Extra eyeliner or colored eyeliner is not approved and should not be worn.
team performances and crowd support
Athletes have 2 jobs at every competition - 1. Perform to the best of their ability and uphold all team responsibilities and 2. Cheer on ALL OTHER KC CHEER TEAMS that do not conflict with their team performance.
KC Cheer parents, athletes and fans were so great at our last competition! Let’s keep it up at NCA! We only have 6 teams attending NCA , so please do your part to cheer on all the teams. Parents do not ask your athlete to leave when they know they are supposed to be supporting our KC Cheer athletes. These opportunities for team building are rare and the more support our athletes get from the crowd, the better they perform. Reward them for all their hard work and show your support by BEING their biggest FAN!

Details for each day are below. Please read through and be prepared. Buses do not have time to wait for anyone, so it is vital that you are on time. Buses will not be shuttling back and forth throughout the day, so once you are at the venue your are there until the end of the day. All athletes must be on their team bus to and from the venue throughout the weekend.

saturday, february 25, 2023
All teams will load buses at the hotel at the times listed below.
Flawless and Fiesta team members and anyone else who wants to support Fantasy!- Parents & athletes will load buses at 8:00 a.m. to come watch Fantasy compete. We invite any other athletes/parents to come as well. We will have buses at the hotel at 7:45 a.m. to load and leave by 8:00 a.m. Buses will bring everyone back to the hotel after Fantasy performs. Approximate arrival back at the hotel - 10 a.m.
Teams competing later in the day will load buses at times listed below.
Coaches will meet their team members in the Team Room at meet times listed below. Athletes should be completely dressed and ready when they meet their coach. Since Fierce Five, Fiesta and Fearless will all be in the Practice Room at the same time on Saturday, it is imperative the Fantasy & Fab 4 team members be present to support these teams either in the Arena (for Fierce Five and Fearless) or Hall B (for Fiesta)
All athletes should load the bus from the convention center after Fab 4 performs to return to the hotel.
sunday, february 26
Teams will perform in reverse order of placement from their Day One results.
Fantasy & Flawless should be prepared to board buses from the hotel at 6:15 a.m. Team members riding the bus home will need to load luggage on their bus in the morning when they come to the convention center.
Performance times for tomorrow have been updated below. We will have one bus available at 7:45 a.m. for any spectators that want to go over to support Fantasy & Flawless. That bus will bring you back to the hotel immediately following Flawless performance. We know those teams would appreciate your support.
Fantasy & Flawless will leave for home after Fiesta performs. Plan to board your bus by 2:30 p.m. for home. Fiesta, Fearless & Fab4 will board their buses and leave for home immediately following Fab’s awards. Plan to load your bus by 8:00 p.m.
Fierce Five will leave immediately following their award ceremony.
