We have split the days to the best of our ability so that no one is required to be at the Arena for the entrie day. The competition is very long both Saturday & Sunday. Since we are splitting up the day, please be sure you are on the floor cheering for the teams you are assigned to cheer for! Athletes- part of your job at every competition is to CHEER on ALL our TEAMS. We have a GREAT CHEER for all fans to chant each time a KC Cheer team takes the floor. Please help us YELL IT OUT!
Teams have been divided into the following groups and are responsible for cheering on all other teams in their group:
Fuel, Freedom, Funky, Fever
Force, Fierce 5, Fearless, Ferocious, Fresh, Forecast
Fab4, Fiesta, Flawless
Flippers & Fantastic are allowed to leave after their Award ceremony on Saturday.
Obviously, the more athletes and fans we have cheering for our teams all day long the better! Please support All of our TEAMS if you can!

KC Cheer Coaches will be appointing a few athletes from each team to be our CROWD LEADERS. Here are a few tips for all our fans and athletes:
Dress in KC Cheer Gear - Best in the Midwest!
Sit in a Groups of KC Cheer fans
Go Down to the Floor and BE LOUD! Put the phone down and use your voice, your thundersticks, Shakers, Noise Makers and your hands to light up the arena!
We will have a designated videographer so you will get to see your team’s video shortly after their performance.
Watch the performance LIVE & Enjoy the moment!
SAY the Chant with US!! Help get your athletes excited to compete and cheer loudly!
Everyone please remember that you are representing KC Cheer at each event. Win or lose, good performance or not so great, we are ONE TEAM and ONE FAMILY. Be kind to other teams, wish them luck and always be respectful of the judges decisions.
Lastly, parents your biggest job is to support your cheerleader! Be excited when they are excited, wipe their tears if they are sad and above all remember this is a TEAM. We do not point fingers or place blame. We look for the positive in each and every performance whether it’s a lesson learned or a Magical Moment. Remember what you say and do has a lot to do with how your cheerleader reacts. Let the coaches do the coaching!
