We're excited to continue our season at ASC Super Nationals in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Below you will find many travel details and guidelines for the upcoming weekend. Please read it carefully, and remember that the cheerleaders are expected to be where they are supposed to be on time and ready to go.
The competition is held at the Cox Business Center located at 100 Civic Center in Tulsa, OK. We are staying at various hotels around the city, so when we meet as a team it will always be at the convention center.
Before we go
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
You are representing KC Cheer! Please be considerate of others in the hotel, show great sportsmanship on and off the floor and follow all curfew rules.
KC Cheer team members are required to be at all KC Cheer performances in your athlete’s session.
No swimming is allowed during the competition. If you are staying Sunday night and choose to swim after all competition is complete, that is fine.
This is not a vacation. Remember that you are here to compete. That means your first priority is your team, your gym and all performances and practices that go with being part of this group.
Do not make plans that will interfere with any practice or performance.
Updates and scheduling changes will be posted in the Band App. Please make sure you are a member.

Friday, February 5th
Everyone is responsible for their own transportation to Tulsa.
We would like athletes to arrive in Tulsa by 7:00 p.m. to be prepared for Saturday
Teams WILL NOT have a Friday practice.
All cheerleaders are to be in their room by 10:00 p.m. and lights out no later than 11:00 p.m.
PARENTS - Please plan to watch all KC Cheer teams in your athlete’s session. We need your loud voices cheering in the crowd as most teams will be in the practice room when the other teams are competing. EVERYONE show your KC CHEER SPIRIT! We have lots of great KC Cheer apparel, noise makers and fun stuff to support your team in the Pro Shop. Stop in and be sure you are dressed to REPRESENT KC CHEER
Saturday, February 6
Athletes will be expected to be at the convention center to meet their coaches on their own. Athletes should meet coaches at the entrance of the GRAND HALL. Be sure you allow yourself plenty of time. Time frames are very strict, so do not be late for your meet time.
Bring whatever you need for the entire time you are at the competition. Athletes, be sure you have your black KC Cheer mask and your own water bottle.
Athletes and Spectators are only allowed in the Convention center for “their” session.
Specific Spectator information for the Cox Business Convention Center in Tulsa:
Masks will be required to enter the building, and to be worn at all times.
Spectator tickets will be sold at the event - cash only
There will be a viewing area for each team.
Tickets will be $20 for a one day pass and $35 for a weekend pass
Military: $5 discount
Senior Citizen (Ages 60+): $5 discount
Children 5 & Under: FREE

TEAMS SHOULD BE COMPLETELY DRESSED AND READY WHEN THEY MEET THEIR COACHES AT THE CONVENTION CENTER. PLEASE MEET AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE GRAND HALL.
Coaches will meet their teams after each performance and give further instructions. Athletes should not leave the arena until they know wen they will meet their coach to review scoresheets and go over any routine issues that are necessary.
Sunday, February 7
Competition schedule is the same for Sunday.
