Majors & Jamfest Super Nationals will both take place in Indianapolis, IN on January 17-19, 2025. Both events will be held at the Indiana Convention Center located at 100 South Capitol Avenue in Indianapolis.

Teams attending Jamfest Super Nationals: Fever, Fiesta, Fantasy, Flawless, Fab, and Fearless.
All travel is on your own this year to Jamfest Super Nationals. Please be sure to be weather aware and allow plenty of travel time. This includes getting to the competition venue from your hotel on time. Please be sure you allow plenty of time each day for traffic or weather.
KC CHEER HAS A TEAM ROOM AT THE CONVENTION CENTER. The room number is 108 in the Indiana Convention Center. Please understand that teams will be using this room throughout the weekend for a meeting place and any practices we need. Parents will be asked to leave the room while in use by teams for warm up. Do NOT leave your valuables in this room as it will NOT be locked.
Remember that you are representing KC Cheer in the hotel, the convention center and at the competition. Please be respectful to others and others property. Pick up after yourself and do not leave the team room with trash sitting around.

It’s Jamfest Super Nationals Week!~ This is a huge competition full of outstanding teams and lots of fun. We are very excited for our teams to compete with some of the best teams in the nation. Below you will find many travel details. Please read and have this information accessible this weekend. In addition to all the things listed below, we are asking the following of Cheerleaders and Parents traveling with KC Cheer:
Cheerleaders - we ask that you perform to the very best of your ability. That you support ALL KC Cheer Teams by cheering them on at each performance and that you conduct yourself in a responsible and respectable manner, be on time and dressed in the proper attire.
Parents - We ask that you help us monoitor our athletes throughout the weekend. Please give them support and guidance when they need it. Bring your loud voices, noise makers and KC Cheer Spirit to each and every performance. Here is a link to a great outline for parents of Premier athletes! Lots of good tips for parents as we move into the competition season.
Rules and requirements for athletes
HOTEL CURFEW IS 10:00 P.M. Lights out in your room no later than 11:00 p.m., preferable 10:30 p.m. Parents please help us monitor the athletes so that they are prepared to compete boty days. If cheerleaders do not adhere to this rule, their team will have consequences imposed upon them.
All athletes should make sure they have their phone with them as Team Parents will be sending Band messages to notify everyone of any last minute instructions. (changes to practice times, etc)
Please try to adhere to the schedule given to the cheerleaders. ALL team members are required to be at ALL KC Cheer performances. We understand that without buses we are taking a risk that people will choose not to come support other teams. We hope our membership understands that this is part of All Star Cheer. We support each other! Please be present.
There will be very little time to shop in the mall area, so please don’t make plans for the girls to go shopping while in Indy. ALSO, NO SWIMMING IN THE HOTEL POOL FOR KC CHEER TEAM MEMBERS. during the competition. You are free to swim on Sunday night after awards.
Please do not allow your child to travel between the hotels, the mall and the arena alone. These areas are open to the public and Indy will be very crowded this weekend. On the crowded note: It may be a good idea to bring a small cooler with breakfast foods inside. (muffins, fruit, bagels and juice) Breakfast will be important to most of our team members, so please come prepared.
Athlete Attire
All cheerleaders should wear the following when not in competition uniform during our stay in Indy. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM IN A SPORTS BRA AND SPANDEX.
Friday attire:
For practices at the competition venue athletes should be dressed in Program Practice wear with hair up. Please have black pants and gym jersey over your practice wear.
saturday attire:
Red Star Sponsor Shirt and Black warm up pants when not in uniform
Hair Bow - Black (Fearless - Red/Black)
Sunday attire:
Gym Jersey and warm up pants or black leggings when not in uniform.
Hair Bow - Red/Black (Fearless - White)
Cheerleaders with crop top uniforms must ALWAYS be in a shirt, jersey or warm up jacket when walking around the competition venue. No midriffs may be shown.
Cheerleaders MUST be in full uniform for their AWARDS CEREMONY! Cheerleaders will not be allowed on stage if they are not dressed appropriately. NO backpacks/phones or extra at awards.

There is not much need to pack “street clothes” as cheerleaders will be either in their uniform, Jersey or Sponsorship tee, and black pants while they are at the convention center.
friday schedule
Teams will be practicing at the competition venue on Friday. This will give everyone the opportunity to be familiar with the venue, parking and commute from hotel to venue. Please be on time as this practice time will not be adjuested if you are late. All athletes will be finished in plenty of time to enjoys THE MAJORS and cheer on Fierce Five.
Please meet your coach outside HALL B at your meet the coach time.
saturday Schedule
Please note ALL Team Members should meet at the team room when they meet their coach. The team room number is #108.
It is REQUIRED that all team members are at every KC Cheer performance unless they are in the practice room with their team or competing.
Teams should plan to practice after reviewing their scoresheets sometime throughout the day. coaches will have team parents communicate times to their teams.
Coaches will take attendance throughout the day at team performances. We expect all athletes to be present. The schedule this year gives everyone plenty of time to be at each performance (just have to hustle from Fever to Fiesta) Please be there!

Athletes who perform in the morning will be dismissed after Fearless competes. Teams competing in the afternoon should plan to stay to cheer on Fab 4. If you are staying in Indy until Monday, please be sure you join us for every team performance.
